Hmm, I’m not super familiar with penumbra. Does that mean you’re able to see something that went amiss with your friends install separate to your own version of the mod? If so hopefully the note on the destination item helps them out and I can as that same information to the mod page.

When you were importing the mod pack did you get an extra window asking you to "Choose Destination Items"? Not sure why it asks that for just the hands but I know messing with those setting can cause the new invisible hands not to import.
