Yeah. It's infuriating. I'm trying to download my favorites, so I can deactivate. The grainy and low quality videos give an eerie feeling.

It's super slow and grainy. My suspicion is that it's caused by a server change. My FYP is all old content. I have to go under the 'following' tab to see anything recent.
