At the time, there had also been some controversial decisions made for paying to have your work bumped up in the queue. A practice we saw try to raise it's head in 2024, though it was not an offer taken according to the manager at the time- with the client on the June Art Queue.

Good, but they have not communicated or ignored a lot of people indiscriminately in the past. But I was mainly referencing what they said on their 2025 statement about adopts and bases for the broken promises thing. I hope that answers the question.

Handle changes abound, this is a main source of income for them. London says so themselves on the 2016's statement that has since been deleted.
There Are Other Ways to solve this issue. Yet they are dead set on continuing a part of their pattern. From 2016, adopts Was the Plan to work on the queue.

They bring up TRUST and community for 2025. Stop trying to damage control. There's no "context" that makes them scamming a person out of thousands OK. Unless it's "Yes you can not pay me back the loan." in which case SHOW THE CONTEXT?
