I had great experiences with security at both Manchester Terminal 2 and Frankfurt connecting flights. Both have the new CT scanners, both hand-checked my film with no hesitation or irritation. Let's hope it's the same on the way back!

I've been getting back to photography over the xmas break.

Here's a 6x17 of fog over Woodhead. I took a chance to shoot into the sun and I think it paid off! Velvia's Open 6x17 is an amazing camera design, easy to print, light, and just as capable as any other 6x17 camera.

We had a couple of days of fog here in Glossop, so I took my MRF2 out with the 65mm lens and shot some HP5 at 800. Interestingly the LiDAR sensor is pretty useless in dense fog, but I guess that makes sense!
