5/ Thank you for coming to my Ted talk, since the conservative majority on the Supreme Court does not seem to be paying attention. Sometimes the descent, tell us more about a case than the majority opinion. This is one of those times.

It’s true. A government shutdown would have caused more problems than people are willing to acknowledge. And it would have compromised the power of federal courts to mitigate the damage of this regime. Let the Republicans own the POS budget they created and passed.
