If you mean they're protecting US interests, I respectfully disagree. There's no benefit to having our country drenched in guns and gun violence, and we're damaging other countries.

Yes, they're in it for profit. But it's also about a disingenuous Court that pretends "a well-regulated militia" means guns for everyone everywhere. There's a good chance certain justices were compensated for their opinion. Manufacturers can only call the shots (!) with a complicit Supreme Court.

Who do you think lobbies successfully against every effort at gun control? Of course, they haven't done it entirely alone. Credit also goes to the US Supreme Court's deliberate misreading of the second amendment.

Do you think so? I hope so. I know they mostly felt that way the first time, but we went and did it again. Maybe we'll swing back towards sanity (and laws!) next time, or the time after that, but it almost doesn't matter anymore. We can't be trusted and it's devastating.

It's not new that Medicare'd stop covering telemedicine at the end of March. You're still getting reimbursed because it's February. The money to cover that was in the bipartisan, agreed-upon bill that Musk succeeded in killing a couple months ago.

I agree. When 49.8% of eligible Americans chose the white felon with a penis, there's a chunk of your problem right there. But also, every enemy of the US ran intensive disinformation campaigns in support of trump and somehow we couldn't capitalize on that?
