Have you seen this? It does not add to a game but it helps to figure out colors that work better for different kinds of color blindness by simulating what other might see.

Ubisoft has made its Chroma colorblind assistance tool available for general use. It’s now an open-source product that anyone can download.

Whenever I hear people talking about BG3, I tell them to go play Larian Studio's other games. It is a travesty that only BG3 gets the spotlight because their other games are just as good for their time.
