It’s a new year and, like so many others, I made it a goal to get healthier and become more active. This is a difficult goal to achieve because most of my hobbies are sedentary. Reading, video games, watching TV, writing. All of these things are done while sitting. It is not healthy to be sitting for the majority of the day.
