@scottslowe.bsky.social Yes, cloud-init _should_ be able to help here. @michaelcade.bsky.social it is worth looking into. I work with a mix of vsphere and aws - cloud-init works great with aws but YMMV with vsphere. I tried a year ago and they fought on provisioning, but the issues might be fixed.
