Why not a real one? Not a big price difference I think… And you could actually type something with it!

New for me, too. No squeaking. It’s a surprisingly smooth typer. I am no big fan of plastic bodies but they have used the material well. The design elements—the curves from side view, the red buttons on the cover etc.—raise this machine to a higher level than most of the typewriters of the period.
