Hey Tim, any insight on why everyone seems to be going on loan instead of permanent moves this window? Is it just getting deals over the line before time ran out or do you think clubs are hedging their bets to maybe bring players back in the summer?

Aside from the obvious do you think the biggest change in the players is in this block. Do you think there’s a big difference in the freedom Renée gives to the players on the pitch or was it just time for a change?
