I think the best way to picture AAA game development is "glorified office job". There's so little room for improvement as most things are settled and discussed only by 4/5 people. Doesn't help that if you try to fight that you'll just probably end up angry

I'm literally Christine btw, I cried a lot reading about her struggle with her transition. I didn't get forcefemmed but my transition was surely abrupt and filled with so much conflict... Heck, I even remembered I still need to learn a few basic things and it's been almost 3 years! Hahahahaha
