I feel like I may have approached writing with like a fake nobility? Like "ah yes, I'm an elevated person who brings life to their pain." But that's not at all who I am. I was raised in a trailer park and used to fight cousins to Lynyrd Skynyrd

As a writer, I guess as an artist in general, sometimes it's important to let your emotions guide you. To throw paint at the canvas and yell and scream and slam your fists against it. I try to do that with poetry on occasion as well and often I just delete those but I may post the most recent

One of the most challenging molds to break is this idea that what I write has to be profitable. Because I have no passion for grinding for money but I have a passion for words (and dragons). But it's just so difficult because of the commercialization of art you see in the mainstream
