I'm a Course in Miracles student. The Course is a non-dual path that explains what gave rise to the world, what perpetuates the world, and how to awaken from it. When we are caught up in the world, we are caught up in illusion. 💜☮️

I've been thinking about levels and where we choose to see ourselves. The Course states that levels are illusory, but as long as we believe we are bodies - they seem very real. We seem to shift from upset to peace and back again - until the instant we choose for all time.
