Which reminds me leaving Twitter has been WAY more beneficial for my mental health. like I constantly thought about likes, retweets, comments, followers, DMs, It was unhealthy and made me feel awful

I’ve been okay since then it’s just winter feels Yknow??? winter is pretty but winter is a time where I experienced most of my traumatic eventsLOL
