Apologies to my friends and family I will not be shutting up about this anytime soon. The prose is lyrical, the audioboook has beatiful musical accompaniment (by the author and her sister!), and the story made me cry multiple times. How dare you @amalelmohtar.com , how very dare you.

If there’s an old bridge in your area, remember to stop by occasionally with snacks and loose change (leave any valuables in the car). Troll populations have suffered from the transition to automobiles, and the resulting reduction in foot traffic.
