The CPD sessions are repeated at least twice in each academic year. So for 2024-25 majority of sessions are run in autumn and spring (ask the monitor is in the summer). In terms of exact dates it does depend on presenter availability.

The sessions change slightly year on year using exemplars from most recent series. We did introduce new CPDs this year. content & focus is more or less similar year on year but this changes according to the students’ performance in the most recent exam but also from feedback from delegates.

The dates for the CPDs can be found on Teach Cambridge under training. Not all CPD sessions have finalised dates yet but they should have soon. Also we are running the biol teacher networks, first one is on the 24/9 and focuses on microscopy.You can find the links on teach Cambridge under training

There will be a session on ask the monitor presented by our principal monitor to support you with PAGs. There are other sessions on exploring your exams looking at patterns over the years and identifying misconceptions. There is the exam review which is free and looks at 2024 examiners reports.
