Could this be because of teals?
In the olden days, when teal seats meant a liberal v green contest, I assume a lot of green votes went lib in these seats. But now there are actual teal candidates, I'm guessing the green vote is lower (so the proportion of green to libs nationally is also down)?

Could be eczema. I had small red dots on one of my arches once, and the doctor said that's what they were. Only ever happened to me once tho.
