Yogurt (60) for breakfast, 1.5 servings of Catalina Crunch for lunch (165), frozen burrito for dinner (340), and dessert was an attempt at a mug cake that turned out deeply terrible but I ate it anyway (115). Totals for today: 680 cals, 20.5g fiber, 53g protein

Dinner when I got home was homemade chicken salad (record mayo w nonfat Greek yogurt for lower cals/higher protein) & I put that in a carb balance tortilla to make a chicken salad wrap SO crazy good (315). Lmk if I should post the chicken salad recipe

tried to get a somewhat artsy photo of it bc it seems fancy but basically it’s just high fiber pasta + melted Boursin cheese + prosciutto + figs + celery leaves for garnish (I didn’t have any fresh parsley). Super easy and quick to make but it feels super bougie and tastes amazing

I swear it looks more appetizing in person but yesterday I meal prepped chicken sausage + potatoes + zucchini + tomatoes w/ pistachio pesto & it’s actually so good. Made enough for the entire school week, had one serving of it tonight (370)
