And I still want to make the effort because I really need a scenery change my mind feels like it’s not in the right place with family and other stuff and I just need a place to get away even if it’s a day. And it’s been too long since I’ve seen somebody and actually had a good time.

I’ve tried to go out of my way and I’ve always been the one that had made the effort and you could talk about getting together but if there’s not a game plan behind it then I don’t know how else it’ll take hanging out with somebody even if we’d like the same stuff and I know we may not be local…

I’m just basically saying that some people are trying to reach out to you and you’re giving them a cold shoulder or the “I’m too busy“ stuff or not responding to messages keeping somebody waiting for weeks or months or probably years making them wonder what’s happening…

If someone’s trying to reach out to you and it’s somebody that you haven’t heard from in a long time do your best and respond back and don’t leave them hanging for years or months perhaps. Make the connection like you did before and make the effort don’t just leave somebody hanging.
