I would probably pick up hunt on sale and see if you like the format
it lacks some of the RPG elements of other extraction shooters, but isn't early access buggy and is better at giving you objectives to pursue

I would probably pick up hunt on sale and see if you like the format

Tarkov is the most in-depth and plays the most like a mil-sim shooter, but is very punishing
Marauders is similar, with simpler mechanics and a smaller scale that's easier to learn
Hunt: Showdown has an interesting gameplay loop with the bounties and more polish, but lacks some progression
