hornet is a more fragile being than the knight but is also way faster, i think the common double damage is a neat way of communicating that through gameplay but definitely feels frustrating, i think starting health shouldve been 6 so that the first mask upgrade actually matters

I think I came to this realization when i was like 19

it's tough cause when your game is targeting 30 fps any frame stuttering is much more noticeable than at higher fps (obv) and that can lead to sickness. motion blur tries to mend this but motion blur can make people sick too, so it's like a choose your own nausea adventure.

it's especially funny in compsci cause the field is so young it really doesn't take much research at all to get to the point where you actually do have to figure things out yourself unlike pretty much any other science

this vid shows dishonored blink with and without motion blur i think you'd have to be blind to think it looks better without it
