Not sure if it’s a popular opinion, but I don’t think that Caterina would interfere with the relationship much, while I do think her approval and opinion of Rook depends on everyone’s own Rooks, overall she can see the value

I have brainrot about Rook/Lucanis & Caterina and the Dellamorte family in general. I think Caterina knows, maybe not the moment they save her, but by the end of the party SHE KNOWS. I’m so disappointed that we don’t have a chance to speak with her in game, especially when romancing Lucanis.
