Genshin and Star Rail were the only ones under Formosa, but Star Rail switched at some point early on, meanwhile ZZZ was never involved with them. Hoyo is trying to switch Genshin as well, but is having a hard time for reasons we don't exactly have.

It's mostly a remaster, but it has enough QoL improvements and some additional content (New Game+, New Game-, Trial Mode) and a genuinely better class system than the original and rerelease. It also reworked item and enemy placements, and some dungeon puzzles, I say it counts.
