The dish I use to freeze and separate the bases. After they freeze I pop them out, label them and leave in the freezer until needed.

More meal prep. Today is the Italian base with onions, tomatoes, garlic, tomato paste, sage, rosemary, oregano, red pepper flakes, wine, nutritional yeast, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Once it cools it'll be divided into four and frozen to form the basis for quick meals
