June is our transition month precipitation wise, we get less cold fronts throughout the month until we get maybe one a month in the next 3 months after. The drier months of July-September happen afterwards. We average around 3 inches each of those months here in east Texas

Pretty impressive, but also jealous, the storm last week, we were a couple hours too far south for snow, and this storm we are a couple hours too far north for snow, lol, flurries though both times.

So this is why we didn't get another Happy Feet movie...
