A lot of people used to say this about Hasbro’s Star Wars action figures. They’d release figures with just enough flaws and inaccuracies to warrant people asking for a new one, but not so many as to keep people from buying the current flawed one.

A lot of people used to say this about Hasbro’s Star Wars action figures. They’d release figures with just enough flaws and inaccuracies to warrant people asking for a new one, but not so many as to keep people from buying the current flawed one.

Yeah, like back in the day when their Fyreslayers Start Collecting box gave you a unit of dwarves, a couple of characters, and a magmadroth for $85 or you could buy the magmadroth separately for… $85.

Wouldn’t accountants see that people buying kits across settings only helps their bottom line? I can’t imagine a customer saying, “Well, Inwas gonna buy these 40k Orks and also these AiS ork kits for customizing options, but GW says I should put the AoS kit back” helps them in any way.

Wait, what happened to daemons? Last I saw, my Slaves to Darkness box was still good for AoS and 40k.

But Chaos Daemon armies are literally cross fantasy and scifi. How do they rule on them? Are you allowed to convert with fantasy and sci-fin bits since Chaos Daemons arw both? Or are Chaos Daemon armies automatically disqualified just for existing?

That’s not enough models to play a skirmish game. In Warhammer Fantasy, most of that would have fit on one tray!
