Why is this video stupid, needy, and narcissistic if it's how she earns her living? What's wrong with it? If there is a demand she has every right to fulfill it without being looked down upon for it. People don't mind being in videos, this is just an excuse to justify hating on sex workers.

We call it "Support Champion" and it rotates biweekly. Works pretty well so far. It's also a great way to distribute knowledge among the team.

In my experience, it depends a lot on how the involved parties learn. Some people absolutely need to tackle a problem on their own to actually gain domain knowledge.

It's good for transferring technical skills though, which mostly helps junior devs.
