A close up of the Express Train to Hell abnormality from the game Lobotomy Corporation. It resembles a train station ticket booth made of skulls and rocks. The window from which people receive tickets is replaced with a dark cage from which only two glowing yellow eyes are visible. Above the cage are four square lights, all of which are turned off.
