They aren't there just to make life suck. They exist to keep inflation tempered.

The bureaucracy was created by laws passed by people who were voted into office by the people. To tear it down without regard to those laws is where things get undemocratic.

I think a lot of people just assume that if they haven't seen/read about something, it isn't happening. And they don't want to go out of their way to search for it.

No. We need to see how things play out. Do they try to defy the court order or is this all just peacocking for their base. If they do defy the court order does congress or the Supreme Court step in? There are still many checks left.

No president, vice president, or other elected official should be calling for a branch of government to ignore a court order.

This is how separation of powers work. It can be extremely annoying for the current administration, but that's literally the point. No one branch should have unchecked power
