I’ve definitely found it useful for tracking what I have left in the gym for that day and it’s nice to see the progress of some stuff stored like a log. I’m using it to find new movements I might try in the gym as well

Oh my god one time I saw a girl with what I assume was her boyfriend and she’s all made up hair done wearing a normal outfit with like jeans on and she just followed him from machine to machine while he worked out
