Some users struggle with pathfinding, and are easily frustrated. In my opinion, if you design only for the most devoted, you are missing a large audience.

Making assumptions on how users interact with games, is a bad idea, and can lower the intended experience.

I think that's an entirely different conversation, this is about if this result has any meaningful impact on the state of healthcare in the US, and the answer is no. If it doesn't lead to better outcomes, I'd rather let the worm turn through social change, not misguided faith in violence.

I'm not sure, I agree, it's dismissive, I'm a victim of the medical industry because of my Disability, so I understand the frustration, but it would require a ton of vigilante justice to reduce the effects of an already broke system. And we would destroy families in the process. just my thoughts tho
