💯 Whether it’s Comedian Harmonists, Furtwängler or Menuhin, eg, it looks so effortless when you know it’s down to years and years of practice. But it’s still not stilted or seems practiced at all…. The docu is called “Sechs Lebensläufe”. Still on YouTube. (I’m so old, I own it on VHS 🤣).

Ari’s tenor voice still gets to me, no matter how many times I hear it. And Frommermann’s arrangements are just genius. I assume you’ve seen the documentary (I think it’s on YouTube).

No need to brace, she and her collaborator/ghost writer did a great job, there are light moments, happy memories etc, it’s a good psychological study, too. Obviously any feeling person will shed a tear, and OMG, her parents, I say no more 🤯
