Please enjoy this photograph of a Guam kingfisher that we took while at the Lincoln Park Zoo.

I made a delicious Baja with asparagus, carrots, and peppers with @feliflora.pmd.social. I melted some butter and pinched in some Himalayan salt. I topped the fish with pepper, oregano leaves, and dill. I also added green onion. I did something similar for the veggies as well. Absolutely delicious!

Speaking out of our blend state - we're so proud of our first attempt at making porkchops tonight.

We baked them with mushroom soup and instead of regular milk, we used oak milk. We added ginger, onions, cumin, sea salt, black pepper, and lemon pepper.

It was very delicious!

It's a beautiful day in Seattle.

Yesterday's dinner was a simple but delicious one! A Chickpea Butter Curry on rice. I added broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, red and orange peppers. It was delicious. @feliflora.pmd.social added cut up chicken nuggets since we didn't have a lot of choices for protein.
