I know colorado passed a law specifically not requiring a prescription. From what I understand it is no longer "recomended" by the fda which means a prescription will be required for most people. Maybe thats why insurance is being sticky about repayment

Im in Colorado. I didnt even expect to get my booster. I went in for a Flu shot and they just offered a booster to me for free through my insurance. I forgot that some states require a prescription. It seems ridiculous.
