The Complete Americas Test Kitchen Tv Show 2001-2026. It covers all the bases AND the buying guide and equipment reviews. The educational info that explains the science behind stuff is fascinating for cooks of all skill levels. Their other books are great too, but this is the best general use one.

It's a #WIP, because distilling 3+ totes of material, over 2 decades of research and experience, and 30k pictures & videos has been more of a challenge than anticipated.😅
