Assuming you're tapping the screen to change page, have you looked at getting foot pedals? I've heard a lot of musicians use them to change pages on their music without having to use their hands, you can get them pretty cheap.

Kinda jealous tbh, mine's too curly to run my hands through it without it getting in knots
