I hate to be nitpicky about this, but I'm a translator myself. Translators only work on written content. Do you mean interpreter? There is some overlap because some interpreters work as translators as well, but translating and interpreting are different jobs.

I like the idea of giving money to victims because financial abuse is often what stops them leaving. However, nothing in the article addresses the role of family courts in revictimizing DV victims who share children with their abusers.
