Tuesday's results challenge that, showcasing how correlated YIMBY sentiments are with progressive New Yorkers.

Question 6 will increase voter turnout, allowing the voices of more New Yorkers to be heard—improving representation by their electeds.

Question 4 will give NYC more chances to say YES to affordable housing through the Affordable Housing Appeals Board.

Question 5 will digitize the city map and speed up the building process.

Question 3 will speed up approvals of modest developments from 9 months to 90 days, meaning we’ll build more urgently needed homes faster.
