Firstly, I’m so sorry for your loss. My sister passed when she was 15 and I was 13 and I had that same anxiety about my birthdays. I’ll be 30 this year and I still kinda feel this sense of guilt about outliving her. I feel silly about it, but I can’t help it. Sending you all the love and hoping you
