I have such a positive opinion on polar bears that I was genuinely like "yeah that's cool, we should talk with all the polar bears" and completely missed the sarcasm and analogy

This doesn't even mention the fact that trans and LGBTQ folk are unhoused at a higher rate due to being kicked out of homes of unaccepting families.

I would not be surprised if this bill ends up being used as the basis for forcibly detaining members of the LGTBQ community. It truly is terrifying to see them try to force people to undergo medical examination just to exist in public.
