Starting up something new next week that I've been prepping for for a while! 🎙

I've been used, abused (verbally and physically), taken advantage of, and I've put up with it wearing a smile because I've been a doormat. I've been judged because of my looks. I'm done. I'm actively cutting out the toxic in my life.

Trying to psych yourself up for something completely unfamiliar can be daunting in and of itself.

One thing I love about having smart lights is choosing mood lighting for my morning workouts. It's the little things.

I work long days 6 days a week, so tired is a default setting. Yesterday I'm at work before dawn and I see a coffee mug in the break room that says Capricorn. My tired eyes read capybara. I then became sad I was at work and not petting a capybara. I was having an existential capybara crisis.

I guess I should start posting and all that.
