As a duallie, this a conversation I have with myself (and my wife) more frequently these days. To be clear, our costs are subsidized at both the federal and state level but even with those subsidies for 2026 we’re still looking at about $1700 a month.

FWIW the sticker price of my healthcare plan went from $2,300/mo in 2025 to $3,300/mo in 2026. Just because.
