For now, like this, I am fine - or should be, at least.

But yeah. I've successfully moved, I'm trying to apply for social benefits whilst searching for a job, I can't escape the news, I know what's going on, I'm not ignoring what's happening but I also have to do self-preservation.

I already am losing nights of sleep from stuff coming up irl, both personal and political and I have noticed signs that point towards my mental health getting worse again and I am basically trying to limit my exposure to try to literally want to stay alive.

That sounds harsh, but it's sadly true.

They've grown so much ♥️
