It doesn't matter if you're not from the United States; if the signature isn't valid, they'll just not consider it. But if it _is_ valid, then it'll be a huge boost.

After they've erased/limited most of the content the internet archive there won't be a point in keeping the site up, and we lose a massive, invaluable resource.

So if the archive has ever been useful to you, *please sign the petition.* And pass it along to your other groups/socials.

This isn't limited to losing the music, it's about the systematic cutting down of one of the last non profit, non-ad driven pillars of the internet; of corporates putting a limit on the public preservation and access of knowledge and information.

(and if any of y'all has ever downloaded a textbook from the Internet Archive before the lawsuit, and you've tried to download a textbook now you'll know what a blow that was.)
