is it realized as [ɪ] in many cases? Like I heard there are also debates that suggest there's /ɨ/ and /i/ are the same phoneme for Russian

doublets could also be specialized, like бремя is a burden, but the adjective беременный is pregnant. or голова as a head, and глава: a leader

а если о первом, то некотырые русские националисты считают, что реформа сделала людей тупыми... Потому что считают, что именно письменность/орфография определяет язык

the later is a cognate to Kazakh currency tenge, but the former is probably Bulgar? Since Kypchak usual word is different, at least I don't know a cognate to лоша
