Tonight walking back to my holiday digs on Tottenham Court Road, I saw a very old lady erecting a tent and getting ready to bed down for the night on cold concrete. Is it fair we provide accommodation, heating, running water, finance, phone etc. for illegal immigrants when we do nothing for our own?

The heat pump #heatpump has been underway for a few days now and all seems well. Still figuring things out but it certainly seems to cope with cold weather whilst keeping the house toasty. 👍🏻

Lots of messy and extremely disruptive work happening on the home front. Oil fired Boiler out, Heat Pump in, along with the associated pipework upgrade and solar panels etc. Not quite up and running just yet but very soon. Thanks Sprint, I hope.

After lots of prep work, tomorrow it’s all supposed to be happening. Oil fired central heating swapped out for Air Source Heat Pump. Let’s hope it’s all been worthwhile.
