Admittedly teaching kids how to sew really motivated me for some of the projects they were so cute trying to learn 😭

It can then lead to more exposure to other stuff I wouldn’t have thought to have seen/listened to otherwise!

I find that I get attached to new stuff much easier if it has similar qualities to my fav media or trope
Often my friends try to get me into watching new things by saying “oh it’s similar to x!” Or mentions that I would like it cuz of the genre or an actor I like
