Thanks for sharing. A more recent study on this showed overall impact looking also at instagram data. Paints a pretty bleak picture: meo.ca/work/old-new...

Experts @abridgman.bsky.social and @marcuskolga.bsky.social drew my attention to the amount of anti-Canada rhetoric in the Tenet Media influencers videos/podcasts. That rhetoric (slamming liberal policies) is "aligned with Russian operatives interest."

The final update from a thorough investigation into the Russian funding of Tenet Media. The influencers were likely recruited for their extreme pro-Russian content following the invasion of Ukraine and their positionality in the right-wing ecosystem in the US/CA.
