They had a post about one Pal being a ripoff of galarian Meowth because it had the same expression but completely different body, but ignore that anime has had same face syndrome for decades.

That poster must have blocked me because I didn't fit their view of the "typical rude PalWorld defender"😒 and kept on going with examples I guess. I can post em again.

I knew I was forgetting something. These two came out within 10 years of each other. Guess which monster came first and was more likely an inspiration for the other.

As for the Pal with the face of Meowth? That's all it has. The body isn't even the same. I grew up watching anime that shared the same character designs across different series, this isn't something unique happening here.
